🛒 The 10 Pantry Staples You Need

These are the foundation of every meal in this plan:

  1. Dried lentils or beans – High-protein, affordable, long shelf life
  2. Brown rice or quinoa – Filling, fiber-rich, reheats well
  3. Canned tomatoes or broth – For flavor and liquid in one-pot meals
  4. Onions, garlic, frozen veggies – Always ready, no chopping needed
  5. Spices (cumin, paprika, turmeric) – Turn simple ingredients into something delicious
  6. Black beans (canned or dried) – Great for tacos, bowls, scrambles
