🍲 1. Creamy Red Lentil Dal (25 mins)

Protein: 18g | Appliance: Stovetop or Instant Pot

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric
  • 3 cups broth
  • ½ can coconut milk (optional)
