📅 The 3-Month Plan: Build Skill, Then Freedom
Month 1: Skill Building (Master 5 Core Recipes)
Focus: Learn your appliances and build muscle memory.

Goal: Cook each recipe 3 times. Get comfortable. No changes yet.
Month 2: System Building (Add Prep & Freezing)
Focus: Save time and reduce stress.
- Do a 1-Hour Weekly Reset every Sunday
- Double one batch per week and freeze half

- Prep onions, peppers, and garlic on weekends
Goal: Never start dinner from zero.
