No perfection. No pressure. Just real food, real progress.


📅 The 3-Month Plan: Build Skill, Then Freedom

Month 1: Skill Building (Master 5 Core Recipes)

Focus: Learn your appliances and build muscle memory.

  1. Creamy Red Lentil Dal (Instant Pot)
  2. Air Fryer Turkey + Veggies (Air Fryer)
  3. Egg & Black Bean Scramble (Skillet)
  4. Turkey & Rice Soup (Stockpot)
  5. Black Beans & Rice (Cuban-Style) (Stovetop)

Goal: Cook each recipe 3 times. Get comfortable. No changes yet.

Month 2: System Building (Add Prep & Freezing)

Focus: Save time and reduce stress.

  • Do a 1-Hour Weekly Reset every Sunday
  • Double one batch per week and freeze half
