3-Ingredient Instant Pot Black Garlic Sauce (Beginner's Secret!)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
Method
- Add all ingredients to Instant Pot
- Cook on High Pressure for 8 minutes
- Quick release, then blend until smooth
