- 3 cups broth
- ½ can coconut milk (optional)
- Add all to pot. Simmer 20 mins.

- 1 cup pinto beans
- 1 large sweet potato, cubed

- 3 cups broth
- Sauté sweet potato and pepper 5 mins.
- Add beans, broth, spices.
